I agree that Our personalities are predetermined before we born and it\'s extremely hard to change it. Because it\'s very difficult to change the way we born. People can change their part of personalities but they can\'t change nature of them. The reason why it\'s hard to change is people usually don\'t recognized their problems. Even though you recognize your problem and put efforts to solve the problems, almost a lot of people give up during the progress or change personality half.
