I said you that I was looking for some employeer. I met some candidate. One was a engineer. Other was a salesman. I knew that for several years. I met them few weeks ago. and we had a get-together. I proposed them to join my company . Specially I called engineer again. I proposed strong again. I didn`t understand him. His pay was a low. His company didn`t treate good. His reason to keep his company was just comfortable. He has been his company for six years. It was just reason.
