Anyone can make a mistake and anyone can have a wrong judgement. And moreover everyone has a different background knowledge to make a decision about something. So I think It is wrong that customer is always right.
And I totally believe that for the engineer they should make a decision based on the data which was investigated by themselves. It means that decision is not defined by customer\'s opinion but data.
