Usually, I don\'t eat a breaktfast,
Since 2012, I really want to loose a weight, Because My weight is over a 70kg kkk
I ate only big big lunch and pass a breakfast and dinner
So, It became a habit do not to a eat breakfast to these day.
Also, I don\'t eat dinner unless I have a special appointment.
But, Sometimes I eat breakfast when I want to eat Mc-Morning.
I pick up Mc-Morning on a drive-thru and eat it in the car on the weekend morning.
