I have gained weight about 5 kg. because I didn\'t take exercise.
AT first I didn\'t go gym for 4 month because corona-19 but I took exercise.
I have a pain at my feet and elbow from 2 months ago .
My feet pain is because of my wife. my wife like walking. my house is nearby river. the river walk is about 30km .
actually I like walking but don`t like a lot walking. My elbow pain is because i like to fix house. I fixed storehouse and wood floor and made table and shelf.
