If we use the words 'always, everytime, or never',
we use the present tense of a verb
because the activity happens all the time
--------------------------------------------------
So,
"I always ate my dinner before our class."
It's wrong
I always eat my dinner before class.
It's right.
but, yesterday I used this word "never".
"I never see!"
but my teacher conie give me a feedback below.
"I never see cosmetic surgery procedure near my people." -> it's wrong
I never saw a person who underwent a cosmetic surgery procedure. -> it's right.
Why I can't used "never" this sentence.?

Hi [이름]!
I am sorry because I forgot to explain the rules for the word ‘never’
We use the present tense of the word for ‘never’ if it is accompanied by the word ‘will’.
For example:
“I will never see you again”
Or also if it is followed by the word ‘ever’
For example:
“I will never ever feel the same way again”
I hope I was able to clarify it for you..
