I think this picture looks like theatrical soldiers .
I can see they are wearing a blue colored military uniform.
Three persons are standing in the middle of the picture
And look like preparing a parade.
I think it seems like that parade will start soon.
Because many people look like anticipating celebrity behind them.
I can see this situation in a limited monarchy .
I searched 'portray' that means to act a particulat role.
But it is a verb so i change an adjective which is 'theatrical' .
Because it is correct grammar in my sentence .
