Which one is correct?
'I'm going to the market' or 'I'm going to market'?
And 'I have traveled Japan and France.' is correct expression?

I'm going to the market is correct if you mean you will go and buy some things in the market.
I'm going to market is incomplete... market here is a verb and it needs an object. For example, I'm going to market some fruits. ( It means you are going to buy or purchase some fruits.
'I have traveled Japan and France.' is a correct expression. It means you have toured Japan and France.
