I like to learn from young teacher.

I like to learn from young teacher. In my experience, old teacher teach a subject with his way to teach. When it comes to teaching, I think that the way of teach must be evolved. Of course it is good when the way of old teacher's teach is good. but In most of cases, old teacher only know a traditional way to solve the problem and never admit students' suggestion. On the other hand, Young teacher have a passion to teach and have a chance to get the way to solve the problem in many ways. because they accept all kinds of possibility to solve the problem. and they are rational and don't force his/her student to study. So I want to study with young teacher who have open mind.
