we don’t have much time to prepare exhibition, I used to go about things like a dictator sometimes without listening to other people\'s opinions. (that is my weakness : lack of leadership or listening) But l felt that leader needed to have the ability to discern and analyze the whole thing, not just in areas he could do well. (I think I need to make up for my weakness.)
