I think that it is hard to learn leadership. If you want to have a leadership I think you would have two thing.
First, you would have a charisma if you want to have strong leadership. I think it it hard to learn about charisma. I think some persons have a charisma given by birth.
And you should give something to person who is following you. It doesn\'t matter to give them in materials or mind whatever. If they can receive something worthy (materials or mind whatever) then you can have a leadership.
