How do you make reservations, through phone or through the website?
Well, I usually prefer to make a reservation through the website.
First, If I use the website I can choose many options of the reservation. Moreover I can spend my time as much as I need to investigate all of them.
Second, I think that website is more reliable than the phone. If I make a reservation though the phone there might have misunderstanding between me and the listener. But If I use the website I don\'t need to worry about that.
Those two things are the reason why I prefer to make reservation by the website.
