I want to change the period of spending an year budget. I don't know why, but there are rule to spend all money in year. So there are lot's of wasting money in the end of year. It has limited time which is 1 year in using them For example, pedestrian road blocks are replaced in every year, even though these are not damaged or broken. Budget is collected from civil, so it is very precious. But many government officer don't think it is important. In budget management, there is a common think, If some of budget is remain, It can be the problem of the department.Because remaining means that the money was not considered thoroughly in planing step. so it is inevitable to be blamed. However When we clear all of budget, that is not a problem. so many officers want to spend all money, even though they know it is wasting. I want to change this problem. It should be changed to prolong budget using time.
