Subway, bus and room are to be warm because of the electricity. It operates the heater and the airconditioner. In Korea, no oil produced. Then, in winter the government emphasize the energy saving. Using heater is limited in the public building. In summer, the same situation is become because of the airconditioner. Is the oil produced in Philippines? If no oil, you must save energy. Because the oil for energy is very expensive.
