How does stress affect you?

I know, Stress cause bad effect to our health.

A lot of disease come from stress.

and I\'m also affected by stress.

 When I get stress from my job, my problem. I feel angry, and feel frustrated. 

>> When I am stressed out from my problems, I feel angry and frustrated. 

But I\'m trying not to be exposed from stress myself.

What are some positive and negative ways that people deal with stress?

>> Some people deal with stress in negative ways like throwing things, drinking alcohol, kicking someone or yelling out. 

But those are not a good way to handle their one.

People need to find their own way to solve their stress.
