How would you describe your relationships with people in other departments? My company consists of two part. Installation team and maintenance team. And I belong to maintenance team now. The relationship between my department and the other department is good because we help and guide each other. Some time, when each team suffer from lack of people. We are used to help them. When I help them, I can learn a lot of things from them. Although we have been handing the same elevator, It is different part. So we are cooperating with each other. And cooperating each other makes good result. What kind of people do you enjoy working with? What kind of people do you find difficult to work with? I wish to work with people who have positive thinking and mind. Some of my colleagues tend to complain every time. They are always thinking that they can't do it and it is to hard to handle it before trying it.
