I think that is one of the elements in managing people.

What do you consider essential in the management of people?

A leader is someone who has a vision for the future.

They need to have passion.

I think they need to make people want to achieve the necessary goals.

A leader have to present goal to their members everytime and every situation.

And also a leader understands people and helps them do their best for the team.
