I believe that employee encouragement is very important in the company. The reason is employee\'s mind is deeply related with performance of the company. If employee has a positive thinking about their task, task can be finished in time with great performance. But if employee has a negative thinking about their task, task can be finished with just medium performance.
I think company\'s performance is coming from employee\'s mind. If they are having a positive mind, they do their best. But opposite situation, they do just given work not do their best.
So in conclusion if company want to make a great performance they should encourage their employees.
