If I speak english fluently...

If I speak englins fluently, I'll obtain the confidence everytime everywhere. And there are many oppotunity for me to go abroad police agency. Espectially, I will be eligible to gain access to the international conference. I have the situation to speak enlglish in abroad police agency frequently, but I'm not fluent. So I have to use the interpreter to carry my intention. And, I lost the chances to obtain the career of international polce. So, I have to gain the fluent skill of speaking english. Please, I need your help. Would you like to help me?
