If I was the boss...

If I was the boss of the company, I would change mood of organization. I don't hate my boss but the boss needs an ability to gather people and make them do as one people to be a creative organization. The boss who I want to be is friendly person. But it is not mean that a boss doesn't have to be strict in task. When it comes to task, it is very important to propel a project and verify it clearly. After work time, a boss should be the person who can embrace his/her feedback like accepting his own fault while ordering some task or suggestion which can be benefit to our company. To make this situation, I think the boss should open his mind and have a positive think when his subordinates give a feedback or suggestion. a very little thing like changing boss's mind can affect in the mood or group, distribution, and over whole organization.
