If you can renovate something in your house, what would it be and why?

If I could get a chance to renovate some areas in my house, I would renovate three areas.
First, I would like to remodel a kitchen because I want a more spacious room for more family members to cook together. Cooking together with children is good for them educationally and helps the family bond much stronger.
Second, I want to renovate a living room where a majority of family activities come about. Whole family members of mine spend much time in a living room. We study, read books, and even fold the laundry together in a living room. Since the old times in Korea, a living room has been considered a versatile space.
Third, I want to have an indoor garden by renovating the balcony. I think seeing many flowers blooming and falling in each season, even in the winter will be one of my pleasures. I have some old ladies who maintain a beautiful indoor garden in a balcony, and I feel envious of them whenever I see them enjoying their own garden with so many flowers in it.
