If you could live perfectly well without sleeping, if you had no need to sleep at all, how would you

This is quite an interesting question. Simply, I could spend more time on playing tennis at night, meeting friends, reading books, going on trips, studying languages, watching movies, playing with my daughter, etc. However, will the time saved from not having a sleep be used for my personal purpose? Having a second thought, it could be disastrous to an individual because, especially in the capitalistic economy, employees will be forced to work longer hours without the increase of salary. The social systems will change to the pattern of 24 hours a day without sleeping. It is naïve to think that we will have more free time if we do not need to sleep. The economy has developed so fast since the industrial revolution. People had expected that we would have more free time thanks to the industrialization. However, on the contrary, people were compelled to work more than before. The same theory will apply to this hypothesis. We will become slaves of work just like a robot or machine.

You are right, Sir [이름].

We will have more time to be with our family and friends.

But I think a lot of spare time is not good.

It is really important to have balance between work and time with other things.

I am curious how do you usually manage your time after work?

Have a happy Tuesday.
