If I have two extra hours in my day, I would like to do two things as below.
Firstly, I\'d like to read books for one hour everyday.
I want to make a habit to read books everyday and also, there are a plenty of books I want to ready.
But reading books tend to be pushed back on the priority list.
Secondly, I\'d like to walk for one hour.
As I spend most of my day sitting in front of my computer and drive my own car, I usually walk very little.
I want to live more actively taking walking or jogging frequently.
