I think if you make people interesting about meeting you should prepare present material more interesting.
For example if you prepare your presentation by only text all of the persons can be boring. In that case you can\'t give your message effectively to audience. But if you prepare presentation with movie or including some activities I think that people can have more interesting than made presentation by only text. In conclusion if you want to get interesting of audience you should prepare your presentation more visible. In addition if people can participate actively it can be more exiting.
