If I were a politician, I would be focusing on a foreign policy. I will be working to enhance relations with other nations. Politics is activities that relate to influencing the actions and policies of a government or getting and keeping power in a government. Politicians usually form a political party of which ultimate goal is to seize power, meaning making a president or a prime minister so that they can control the nation. However, I think politics is to serve people, not to increase their personal interest or achieve their political career. We’ve noticed many times that before general elections, politicians announce their campaign pledges that all sound wonderful. They promise to work for citizens such as improving economy, establishing social justice, and cracking down corruptions. However, ordinary citizens are sick and tired of their insincere pledges. Not many people believe what politicians say. They lie just to acquire votes with knowing that their pledges are not feasible.
