If you were the boss of your own clinic, what amenity or benefit would you give your employees? Shar

In my opinion, since medical workers are really busy, the perks which can make them play, such as ping-pong table or football play games, are not really preferable for them. If I were the boss of my own clinic, I would strengthen the welfare of employees by providing free decent meal including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. It is sometimes hard to eat due to the busy schedule, providing decent meals would be better perks than just giving the employees small amount of money for meals and snacks. Moreover, I would like to strengthen the space for resting. I would replace old beds to comfortable beds and install many soft seats. Because workers have really short resting time, I would like to make them rest effectively to maintain their good condition, which would consequently improve their efficiency.
