If you were the CEO for a day, what is one change you would implement to improve the employee experience?
If I were the CEO for a day in my company, I would like to change the restroom and resturant.
When I have some expreriences to be surprised for the restroom in the departmant stores and another companies.
They are perfect everything eventhough the restroom.
and I feel like that I\'d like to stay here more time because of the atmospere comfortable.
And about the restant.
I suddenly watched Tv Program and the CEO said that he was wanting to contribute his employees food in his company.
and he is doing it, sending lots parts of his buget. Only for their emplyees.
Because he thinks that emplyess\'s health is align with company\'s health and performances.
I\'m same with his opinions.
