If you were to call for a company meeting, How would you do it?

To arrange a meeting is not easy because all staff of a company are busy and have their work schedules. Moreover, they also need time to prepare data or a report in order to discuss on the meeting. So, I would contact each member who should be attend it and ask their available time. Secondly, I would make and share a meeting agenda, in advance. When a meeting starts, the members have to be stuck in a small room. This could easily become a time consuming job, if topics would have been not trimmed. Moreover, having a preliminary meeting with opponents who have some arguable opinions and finding a common ground could be better. If people would start debating on the meeting, they tend to focus on insisting their own thoughts, not trying to negotiate or cooperate. There are many attendants and there is not enough time to think reasonably. So, they can be nervous and do not want to give the others an impression that I am defeated, and finally, the meeting would lose the direction.
