If you were to make a new law on liquor control, what would it be?

I was quite surprised when I found Canada has very strict liquor law while I studied there. In Korea, it's easy to get any alcohol at the markets. Of course, id cards required to be shown for the purchase. Because young people under 18-year-old are not permitted to drink any alcohol. I sometimes enjoy dringking beer or wine. But I don't like to drink until I can not control myself. I think the biggest problem caused by alcohol in the society is disturbing others such as "arguments", "drink driving".. So people need to be aware of the serious influence of drinking, while it gives us some pleasure. There is many customs to having alcohol in our history. However, the awareness of its harms should be fully provided for its users.
