The days that I don\'t have a positive energy, it is easy to be a couch potato. Then I waste my precious time and I can not do any productive things like studying, working out, or cooking. So, a positive energy helps me making fruitful day. Also, I should have responsibility of taking care of my pet. But if I am depressed because of lack of a positive energy, he might not be cared appropriately.
