Important skill.

I think it is important to improve skill of languages. In my opinion, communication is a fitst step of every work. If I want to learn something, first I have to learn languages. Because I need to understand my teacher's saying or lesson of class. Or if I am business woman, I have to learn languages first. Because I need to know about this contract. But we can't learn every language. We have a limit. So we first learn English. English is a common language. If we can communite in English, we start half of work at least. Then, we should study other languages.
