In our country mostly the land be used for housing or industry.
Firstly in Korea the land is not enough to big for all of the people to make their house. So if Korea people has their land mostly they make a house.
Secondly, Korea people want to make a money by developing their land. To make a house or industry it means that you can get a lot of money. So mostly Korean wants to develop their land.
Those kinds of reasons Korea government makes some land to \"Green Belt\" which can not use for developing for their house of industry. Because even though someone wants to get money but the nature is very meaningful all of the people in the world.
