Any generation has problem to communicate with older people than them because of the generation gap. Every person grew up in the different environment that can cause differences of thought between generation. When I talk to my parents, I feel like there is wall between us because we have different interests and views for everything. Parents and old people usually give advice according to their experience even though it doesn\'t make sense these day. They think that they are better than young people because they have already experience about all situation but that is not true. So, young people consider old people as one who should not speak to. In the office, same situation happen frequently regardless of personal performance. Seniors pretend to communicate with juniors and then simply make a decision what they have thought before. That\'s why young people don\'t want to talk with old people and close their mouth even if they have something to tell because they know it will be ignored.
