I don\'t think being busy and being productive have same meaning. I think productive means handle tasks efficiently. For handling task well, we need to plan which task has priority and which is not. Also, we need to self-deadline for each task. If we don\'t set the deadline, we might delay the task until real due-date. After that, if we do our task on time, we can being productive. And after finishing all task, we can have free time. Therefore, if we are productive, we can have a remaining free time not being busy.
