In your opinion, what should Koreans do to contribute to economic development?

In South Korea, major companies have advanced almost every parts. Rather it disturbs economic development. The more major companies to expand businesses indiscreetly, there is no place for small businesses. For example, in our neighborhood, small bakeries failed as soon as bakery run by a major company went up. So, Koreans should stop tyranny of major companies to contribute to economic development.
