There are some reasons to fail the important infromations when I wtite an email: Urgency, Low concentration and lack of information. Firstly, taking an urgent matter sometimes leads me to fail the information in email. For example, I should write an email as soon as possible, so I sent an email not checking the information in details. This made me a mistake. In addition, Lack of concentration also leads me to fail the contents. We should focus on writing emails not to miss the information. Finally, when I have lack of infotmation, I used to omit it. Thus, I should try to gather all of the information as much as possible. In conclusion, there are three reasons about missing the information in emails I mentioned above, so we should make sure to convey infotmation in details.
