Insomnia

Two years ago, I extremely suffered insomnia. During that period I totally slept only twelve hours per month. Believe or not believe It's a true. In order to get out of my insomnia I met many doctors however all doctors said that "You are okay, you don't have any problem.". They always answered insincerely. (Since I had a bad experience from doctors, I have not believed the doctor.) Body was already died but I couldn't sleep.... That was a dilema of situation. If I remember suffering insomnia, I'm still awful. Fortunately, my present girl friend makes me sleeping. She is better than doctors.

Hi, [이름]!..That was a very distressful experience. I do have insomnia but it’s not as worst as your experience. They advised me to eat lettuce before to conquer my insomnia but I didn’t try at all.
