Instead of sleeping, how would you like to spend that time?

I\'m a super homebody, so I don\'t go out much and usually prefer to relax at home. and I usually eat some snacks at home while watching Netflix, or studing English. Actually, I\'d like to develop the habit of waking up early, but my body doesn\'t do it. Waking up early, get a morning stretche and taking shower seems like make me feel better and refresh, I always ignore alart, and sleep again. But sometimes a homebody wants to go outside. And I prefer strolling on my own rather than meeting people. So I want to take a walk outside if I wake up early with my headset. The place should be a park or beach, not a road :)
