1.Family back ground. I think all my family members have service DNA. My parents were owner of a restaurant for 20 years. They always tried to care about customer and focused on running the restaurant. So, I could learn service manner naturally. 2.Education back ground I graduated [이름]nam uni.,and majored business administration. I could learn cash flow, marketing and customer management. For me, the most interesting subject was customer's psychology. After graduation, I went abroad to take intensive English course to work in international environment efficiently. From this experience, I became to have better understanding for other culture & people. 3.Can you explain yourself in a word? I would like to explain myself as Espresso. With Ice or water & milk, espresso can be mixed well. I can get along with people who have different background.
