Is aging more difficult for men or women? Why?

I think that aging is more difficult for women. Because many women can make their meals themselves well. But for men, they have difficult time making their meals and doing their households well. Also men get stressed out a lot from their work. Many of women also get stressed, but they relieve stress as they talk with their friends. If the man relieves their stress with outgoing activities, it would be better. Come to think of it, aging is not related to gender, but it is related to the habit of life or one\'s thought on life. So I recommend we should live with developing mind and relieve our stress with good method.
