Is alcohol a good way to relieve stress?

To be honest, I can\'t drink alcohol very well.
In my memory, I drank an alcohol three times this year. But I drank a little.
A little alcohol make me drunk. So I don\'t agree that alcohol is not good way to relieve stress.
But someone who like a drinking person will agree it.
Can\'t drink well maked me hard when i was university student and when i joined my company.
So, I always feel nervous and had a stress like talk about foreigner in Enlgish.
But now, all of my colleague know that Jun can\'t drink alcohol. So they didn\'t suggest to drink during dinner.
So, We always go to the cafe after dinner instead of drinking.
Coffee is healthier than drinking and more cheaper.
Someone who similar age colleagues can go to the cafe but most older colleagues like a drinking alcohol.
