Is charity a good thing? Do you think money is the best way to help needy people?

No matter how pitiful beggars appear, I don\'t give them financial help.

I believe that there are more ways to give them a hand.

First, when I was young, I have given money to the bagger on the road.

 Furthermore, I realized it hasn’t been able to encourage them when I have read an article that they prefer to buy alcohol better than buy foods.

Regarding of Africa, money might not be reached to the people who don’t have enough abilities having meals day by day since it will be corrupted by rich people in Africa.
