I think it is important to do team-building activities.
The reason for team-building activities is to create cooperation and trust to achieve the team\'s common goals and to communicate with each other. So, in order to do something in the team, cooperation between people is essential and trust must be on the basis of it. And then I think it is important to do team-building activities because it takes effort to make and important part.
However, introverts will think differently depending on their personality because they think it will be uncomfortable to do team-building activities.
