Manufacturer company is seeking foreigner working at reluctant work space. Eventhough I give them equal wages, The productivity was lower than hireing local workers. Even they instruct them for about 3 month before inputting thier labor. During probationary period, They have to give a same wages to foreigner. Many owner expressed that problem to the government but it is hard to solve the problems.
Second, They didn`t report to government on their immigrations and incomes. That means that It is not possible to impose tax on their wages and income. by this reason, Some local citizens are concerning about spenditure for the illegar immigrations.
I hope government to adjust applied laws considering faced situations.
