I think it depends on purpose of sports. If we want to improve our social ability such as communication and cooperation, it is better to play team sports. Because team sports have rules and team members have a common goal to win, we have to communicate each other. On the other hands, if we don\'t want to communicate or to have a match each other, playing individual sports is better. When we play individual sports, we can more focus on ourselves not others. And the result of games also only depens on our ability. I think this results in less stress than team sports.
