Goal is an optional thing to set up for life.But If you have no goal in life, it would be such a boring life. Goal is what makes you move. if you have a call, you would be more productive and do every single thing with full of effort. People who doesn’t have a goal,they don’t have any motivation so they are in much more easier position to get burnout or depression
