Yes, I think it is so rude. It\'s because if we say them need to improve their appearance, they will get scar of it. And it is not manner for the other party. If it is too much, it will be a fight with them. And when I saw an article and tv programs, some people was gotten contempt for appearance by people, they filed a lawsuit for defamation of character. So we need to learn about manner even now.
