Is peer pressure beneficial or harmful? Why? I think colleagues don’t always need to say good thing or condolence. If some of your colleagues was scolded by a superior officer, comforting them is nice work. But if you see him/her mistake again before superior officer see it, you have to give some pressure to your peer. Humans are always can make mistake and choose the wrong way. So they should be advised by others. It is necessary for humans to put pressure on whoever the target is.
