Is rudeness a problem in your country? What rude behavior do you see in public every day?

Comparing to advanced countries, Korea still has much room to improve when it comes to public etiquette although it has improved a lot.It is not difficult for us to see people who are so rude and do not have ettiqutte. When taking a subway, some old women rush into it with pushing others to have a seat. People talk over the phone loudly in a public place. People bump into each other when walking on a crowded street and do not say "sorry or excuse me". People do not wait until others get out of the elevator.Drivers cut in the lane without signling and they never make way for other drivers. The most annoying thing to me is when I see a person who throws a cigarette butt away out of his car window while driving. Smoking in the car is something I can understand although I do not like it. Because it is a priviate space, so I do not have a right to blame him for his smoking in his car. However, if he loves his car not to leave the cigarette butt in his car, he should also care for public space
