The effect of cell phone on people's communication seems to have multiple facets.
One is that it makes them to communicate anytime anywhere so frequently. Besides it can give moving screen showing faces! So it can make people to be closer.
But another is different a little. More developed cell phone has a function such as letter dialoge with other persons. Mostly a use of letter dialoge is free. So people tend to use it rather than direct currency. Letter dialoge can't help being restrictive anyway. It can't impart their expressions, voice tones elaborately and conveys less contents. As a result people converse carelessly and can not have deep belonging if they repeat letter communication.
In conclusion, the use of cell phones can help people's communication positively that has similar effect with face to face although it's not true face to face, or negatively depending on how properly we use it.
